Darlene Perry founded M.D. Perry & Associates in 1997, a consulting firm dedicated to informal education development and interactive technology.  M.D. Perry & Associates officially became Creative CYNERGY™ in January 2005.

Creative CYNERGY™ is dedicated to developing a wide array of subject matter, but has special expertise in space, aviation, environmental and health related exhibitions, experiences and curriculum.

Creative CYNERGY™ and its employees have developed and managed museum exhibit collections, camp program concepts, educational program curricula, flight simulations, hands-on experiments, educational publications and hands-on exhibits. Further, the company has been a consultant on several museum exhibits and galleries.

Creative CYNERGY™ is the innovative force behind upcoming projects such as: X-Quest™, Time eXplorers™, AdventureWorX™, and LeaderShip™ programs as well as the Academy for eXperiential Learning™. Its marketing division for museum exhibit products and programs is MuseumWorx™.
