Mars Rover & Enclosure
“We have a GO for exploration!" as guests
take on the role of a remote scientist and discover robotics
like those that have explored the Moon and Mars. The goal: to
guide a robotic rover on an exploration mission.
Guests call upon their best hand-eye
coordination and navigation skills as they take control of a
2/3rds scale Soujourner-type rover and explore a quadrant of a
moon or planetary surface. Guests can either move the rover
freely or follow a pre-set pattern of exploration in this 3-5
minute experience.
The terrain
explored can be themed for either the Moon, Mars or other
planets. A texturized surface creates a challenging rover
testing area. Photorealistic or painted imagery surround the
rover to create an immersive experience
